In accordance with the instructions and specifications contained in each solicitation request listed below. Formal solicitations are also advertised in the Century News and The News-Dispatch in the Public Notice section and are publicly opened and read aloud on the date and time indicated. Documents referenced in solicitations can be found on the Purchasing Office's Purchasing Referenced Documents web page. The documents are available in Adobe Acrobat .pdf format. If you are unable to download a document, please contact the Purchasing office at (512) 858-3006.
To view a specific document, click on the appropriate Bid/Proposal number. To compete in the bid process you will need to print the document, completely fill in and return to the Business Operations Office prior to the date and time noted. All times listed are Central Standard Time. Bid documents received after date and time posted will not be considered.
