These lessons are intended to provide the learner with a set of
steps to quickly and easily create his/her own web pages. Realizing
that not all schools have access to the “latest and greatest” software,
we will take a low-cost, low-tech approach to learning how to get simple
web pages up and running with the least investment of time. Our goal
is to take the (perceived) mystery out of the process and provide some
steps that may be used in a self-paced environment.
Each module is intended to stand alone. However, the modules are sequenced so that concepts from one module leads to another, and it is expected that the learner has completed the earlier modules before progressing to another module. Some are text only and others are hands-on. Length varies as necessary to create an appropriate unit of learning.
To complete these lessons, you may wish to print out the modules (for those of us who are "paper-trained") or if you have enough screen space, you may be able to work on these lessons in one window and complete the activities in another window. Use whichever method is appropriate for your learning style.
