Dreams

By Curious George

For years people ponder the origin of dreams,

A topic that's really much more than it seems.

A dream does not come from the beams of a moon,

Nor from the joyous whippoorwill's tune.

A dream won't originate up in a cloud,

Nor will it make itself deep underground.

A dream does not come from sorrow or glee,

Nor does it reach from the depths of the sea.

A dream does not form in the heights of the skies,

But from a more powerful source: our own minds.
