Course Information:
8th Pre-Algebra: This course is designed to review all basic math skills and prepare for Algebra I. We will cover number theory, fractions, solving equations, ratio, proportion, percent, graphing, square roots, statistics, geometry, problem solving, and other Pre-Algebra skills.
8th Math Enrichment: The focus will be for students whose grades in math, attendance and Math TAKS scores do not meet minimum expectations. TAKS reinforcement skill will be taught throughout the year reinforcing the objectives taught in their 8th grade math class.
Teacher Information: Recently, tied the knot to Derek on July 3. He is currently working at Lowe's going through the management program. He is also attending Devry University. We have a crazy and entertaining dog named Bode. I graduated from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos aka Texas State with a degree in Mathematics. I have been teaching and coaching for 8 years. I am starting my 5th year at Dripping Springs. And I love the beach!!!!!
